worked in health care for twenty-five years, 10 pediatrics. Now retired. Old habit: news junky. Began writing poetry in fourth grade. Later a journal. Two commentaries published in the St. Louis POST-DISPATCH, the first in '94 on single payer health care. In '08, a commentary on election integrity, explaining in lay language the problems with the electronic voting machines. By then had spent about three years working with Missourians for Honest Elections as a volunteer webmaster. Also involved in peace, justice & environmental actions online & off.
